This is a fine extension. I would only suggest if you can to make it just a little bit easier to grab the the side border in order to open the sidebar. If the mouse (pointer) is moving too quickly, one misses the target to open sidebar. Then you have to slowly try again in order to get the sidebar open. How about something to grap larger than the thin border of the browser?

After a few weeks of using this extension, I am still very happy with it. Very lite and nice to use EXCEPT that I wish the developer could include a grippy on the left browser border to make opening sidebar manually just a little bit easier! This would make POTO Sidebar extension perfect in my view.

Ok I fixed my only small complaint by editing .jar file in particular the potosidebarOverlay.xul where I could modify // insertbefore="sidebar-box" style="min-width: 9px; width: 9px; max-width: 9px; //
which gives me nice wide landing area for my shaky pointer. The change does not look bad in main-window and works for me.
A grippy here would be much nicer but we do what we can. Thanks again for your extension.

Great, simple side bar. Keep it this way. Would love to see a few things though:

- Grippy (like AIOS/Opera)to open sidebar.
- Functionality to automatically close other folders in 'Bookmarks' view when I select a new folder (like in Opera/AIOS).

This will still keep the extension simple, but will make it easier and more elegant to use.

It does'nt work with iFox theem... can't click the side bar... can anyone fix that?

I still prefer Grippies 0.1+:
1. Needs something larger to 'grip', the existing 'border' is way too narrow.
2. Positioning of the bookmarks folders doesn't hold postioning when the Sidebar is retracted/closed like with Grippies 0.1+

I have no complain about the missing 'grippy' since I can just click on the left side to toggle the side bar. Who need grippy?

My only complaint is that it doesnt work with iFox theme. Please take a look into this. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

Great extension! And thanks to the tip from Brad C. I was able to fix the only "bug" I've found in it. Thank you Leon and Brad for making my Firefox browsing experience better, combining the nice features of Opera and the ease of use of Firefox. Thanks again!

Extension is great, but still buggy. Using Polish lang. version of Firefox - sidebar starts with 'Downloads' instead of 'Bookmarks'. Annoying thing, when You have to switch it every time POTO shows.

Its a schame that FF2 does not have that neat toolbar by default.
